Save me from myself, my own,
If I should self destruct,
Reassemble all I’ve known,
And try to reconstruct,
The reasons, Oh the reasons why,
The reasons left unread,
To send me mad and why the Wi-Fi’s,
Getting to my head.
The windows turn to view screens,
Streaming streams the speed of light,
Processors processing processes,
Through the dark of night,
The world within the world expands,
Insurmountable excess,
These exponential new demands,
Have caused me much duress.
My memory banks have all maxed out,
My hardware obsolete,
My own immunity in doubt,
I know when I am beat.
It’s far too much, I can’t go on,
An upgrade wont suffice,
My lifespan has now come and gone,
I must be sacrificed.
My systems slow and quietly,
My final task allowed,
And though this mortal body dies,
I’ll live on in the clouds.
